Refund & Returns Policy – Effective November 29, 2024

At Savereassure.click, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If a product doesn’t meet expectations, a refund or exchange can be processed within the guidelines listed below.

Return Eligibility

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  3. For watches, the protective plastic and any accompanying accessories, such as warranties and manuals, must be intact.
  4. If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact customer support at info@savereassure.click to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide the order number, details about the item(s) being returned, and the reason for return.

  3. Once the return is authorized, a return shipping label will be provided, and the item(s) must be shipped back to the following address:

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of the company.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made within the 30-day return window, provided the item is in new, unused condition.
  • If a direct exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued, and a new order can be placed.

Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made watches cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
